Southern Brothers Properties (SBP), LLC is a real estate investing business co-owned by Brian D. Washington and Russell L. Kelly II.  

The main objectives of SBP are to:

1) Purchase under valued homes and make renovating updates for resale purposes, also known as 'flipping'.  

2) Perform home renovations for clients seeking updates to their home.

The owners for SBP have a combined 20 years of diversified mechanical engineering experience and understand the dedication and devotion to a project as well as, problem solving skills, time constraints, and drive to get the job done.
